The Mandy Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Education (TMF) was founded by Joshua Sisco in loving memory of his best friend, Amanda “Mandy” Faye Fogg, who died by suicide in 2017. Mandy’s life was a light to so many, and her loss left a profound impact that inspired a movement rooted in hope, compassion, and action.
Created to honor Mandy’s legacy, TMF exists to promote suicide prevention and mental health education through awareness-building, information-sharing, and community collaboration. What began as a personal tribute has grown into a larger mission: to help individuals and families navigate mental health challenges, break the stigma around seeking help, and foster a world where no one feels alone in their struggle.
At TMF, we curate and share trusted tools, crisis lines, and mental health resources for individuals, families, first responders, veterans, and public safety professionals. We believe that with the right support, education, and open conversations, lives can be changed—and saved.
Our mission is simple yet powerful:
To spark open conversations, increase understanding, and offer hope one shared resource at a time. In our beginning stages, TMF is proud to launch several key initiatives, including:
Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Education Programs for the public and first responders.
Certification Classes like CPR and non-clinical mental health trainings
Hope Kits and Crisis Care Packages to offer tangible support to individuals in crisis, first responders, and veterans.
Scholarship Assistance for individuals who have lost access to therapy due to financial barriers.
A Digital Resource Hub providing immediate access to mental health tools, helplines, and educational materials.
Community Engagement and Advocacy Efforts to drive policy change and promote mental health awareness
Every training, every resource, and every story we share carries Mandy’s spirit forward, creating ripples of hope that honor her life and bring light to others in their darkest moments. Together, we are creating hope. Together, we are saving lives.
This space is dedicated to honoring Mandy’s memory and others who we've lost to suicide. If you want to share your tributes, memories, or thoughts here, as we celebrate her life and others submit the form below the Garden.
