Each coaching program is individually tailored to your needs and goals.
How Coaching Works
Our coaching sessions are offered one-on-one, either virtually or in person depending on availability. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Throughout the process, your coach will help you develop a personalized action plan, share practical tools and resources, and provide a confidential, nonjudgmental space to reflect, grow, and build hope for the future.
Behavioral Health Coaching is best suited for individuals who feel stuck in certain patterns, want to build coping and resilience skills, or are seeking personal growth and self-improvement. It is also an excellent option for those who wish to maintain motivation, balance, and mental wellness without requiring mental health therapy or diagnosis.

Unlike therapy or counseling, coaching focuses on practical strategies and tools to manage stress, build resilience, improve motivation, and create lasting positive change in your life.
Coaches provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance as you navigate challenges such as burnout, grief, life transitions, or career decisions. Coaching is best suited for individuals who want to enhance their mental wellness but are not currently in crisis or seeking clinical treatment.

Fees
Service Duration Rate
Intake Session 75 minutes $100
Standard Session 60 minutes $75
Brief Follow-Up 30 minutes $50
Sliding Scale: Limited reduced-fee appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us to learn more. All funds go directly back into TMF.
